How do I start?
Sign up, name your workspace, and import something you already have, such as a budget spreadsheet, a customer export or a list of your objectives. The free plan includes one seat. It needs no card and has no trial period, so you can stop at any time without cancelling anything.
What support do I get?
Every plan includes email support, and that includes the free plan. We reply within one working day.
Can I use it on a phone?
Planifold is designed for a desktop computer and works well enough on a tablet. The budget grid has fourteen columns, which is too wide to use comfortably on a phone.
What happens to a customer file I upload?
Planifold hashes the customer identifiers as it reads the file. Hashing converts each identifier into a code that cannot be turned back into a name. Once the analysis has finished, the original file is deleted. The results show you the shape of a segment, and they cannot give you a list of customer names. Each dataset has a retention date, and it is deleted after that date.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Every grid can be exported, and the figures belong to you. If you stop paying, your workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays in place and you can still read it.
What does the assistant do with my workspace?
The assistant reads your workspace and suggests changes. Each suggestion appears as a diff, which is a line-by-line comparison of before and after. You can apply all of it, apply part of it, or decline it. Applied changes can be undone for thirty days. The assistant does not change anything on its own, and it cannot label a figure as measured.
