Common questions about pricing
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan has no time limit and does not ask for a card. It includes one full seat, three viewer seats and 200 AI credits each month. You can upgrade when your team needs more.
What is a full seat versus a viewer seat?
A full seat is for anyone who creates or edits plans, budgets, media or promotions, or who uses the AI assistant. A viewer seat can read everything and change nothing. Viewer seats cost nothing on every paid plan, so a finance lead or regional manager can look at the plan without adding to your bill.
What are AI credits?
Credits measure how much work the AI assistant does for you. A simple question costs 1 credit, and building a budget from a spreadsheet costs 60. Your monthly allowance grows with the number of seats you have. The app always shows your remaining balance.
What happens if I run out of credits?
On a paid plan, the assistant keeps working and you pay an overage rate for each thousand extra credits. Overage means the use above your monthly allowance. You set a spending cap, and the assistant stops when it reaches that cap. On the Free plan, the assistant pauses until your credits reset the next month.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. An annual plan includes two free months. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
